The site

No cookies, no analytics, no scripts or fonts from other parties. We do not know who visits. Your language choice (English or Dutch) is kept by your own browser in its local storage; it never leaves your device.

The free scan

The scan runs in your own browser. Your answers go nowhere unless you book the audit.

Booking the audit

When you book the audit we send to our mailbox: your email address, your description of the job, your language choice and, if you took the scan and leave the box ticked, your scan answers with your own text and the result. This goes through Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), which keeps a copy of your submission in its own environment. The transfer outside the EU rests on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We use this data to reply within a working day and to plan the audit; the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We keep it for up to twelve months after our last contact, or for the duration of an engagement plus the statutory retention period. We share it with nobody else and never use it for newsletters.

If you email us

We use your email only to answer your question and to plan a possible conversation, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your message. The same retention period applies.

Hosting

The site is a static page on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., United States). The host may keep technical data such as IP addresses briefly in server logs for security.

Your rights

You can always ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, via info@harnashq.com. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
